5. Content and Intellectual Property

Stories generated through Guetnachtschatz are for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. AI-generated content is provided under a personal use license. Guetnachtschatz and its technology remain our intellectual property.

6. Subscription and Payment

For premium subscriptions:

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime in your profile settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All payments are securely processed through Stripe

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Content Moderation

We implement safety filters to ensure child-appropriate content. We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates our policies while respecting your privacy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Guetnachtschatz is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
